  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 5 mint leaves 
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup 

Smack your mint to release oils and drop in shaker, add remaining ingrediants. Shake well with ice, double strain and serve in a couple glass. Garnish with mint sprig

Suffering Bastard

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1/4 oz lime or lemon juice 
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ginger beer (Goya is nice and spicy)

Shake all ingrediants with crushed ice. Pour in a double rocks glass and top off with ginger beer. 

French 75

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup 
  • Brut

Shake everything but brut with ice. Pour into a champagne flute and slowly top off with Brut. Garnish with lemon ribbon.
